Throughout our long existence, BFI® has cultivated relationships with a myriad of professional organizations, including banking, accounting, legal, financial, insurance, and more. As a result, we have enjoyed a robust stream of prospective referrals, which we do our best to preserve by applying our customer service principles of courtesy, responsiveness, and ingenuity.

BFI® has several banking partnerships. Many times we will provide for the credit needs of a client, while the referring bank maintains or establishes the demand deposit account business. Meanwhile, should our client be offered financing by the referring bank, BFI® will waive any prepayment penalty that may be a part of the existing loan arrangement.

BFI® welcomes the opportunity to develop associations with a variety of financial institutions and/or intermediaries. BFI® honors third-party escrow agreements, success fee agreements and, if requested, BFI® will consider participating credits.
